I feel Philip did a Great Job. He Knows his job and does it very well. He is patient, and was Never pushy, always had an answer, but if he was not sure, he'd find out for you. Gave his opinion when asked but the decision was always ours.

"Easy to work with"
My husband and I hired Phil up to sell an investment house we had in Alameda. We live about an hour and a half away so it was important to us to have someone who was responsible and able to take the lead on all of the things that needed to be done for preparing the house for sale. Philip was extremely responsive and easy to work with. He did a great job getting the house ready for sale. Philip actually got us more than we expected to get for our house in a very short time. He found a buyer and the house did not even need to be staged so we saved on costs.
